Teak, also known as Tectona Grandis, is a tall, straight deciduous tree that grows with buttressing stems and a large crown. Teak is native to South East Asia and its natural distribution goes from the Indian subcontinent through Myanmar and Thailand to Laos. We do not know if the teak stands in Indonesia are native or the result of early cultivation by the Hindu settlers, quite possibly as early as the 7th century.
Since the Middle Ages it has been used in ship building. Its durability and natural oils made it a perfect choice for the construction of ocean going vessels. Teak oil also creates a resistance to splitting and cracking and wards off termites and other insects.
It is also easy to work with, and it is resistant to decay. The main advantage of teak for the building of ships is its unique ability to prevent rust and corrosion when in contact with metal. These qualities make it a valuable resource.
Teak is popular for durable and beautiful outdoor patio furniture. Its high oil content makes it ideal for outdoor furniture. Teak wood patio furniture is favored among high-end ski resorts. For construction projects requiring durability and elegance, teak wood is the wood of choice.
Alloy is a mixture of aluminum and other types of metal such as magnesium, iron, zinc, etc forming together to make a single metal alloy. The composition of 86% aluminum and the rest of other metals make it strong and durable. Our alloy is through casting process. So it becomes strength and corrosive resistance since it is coated with silver metallic glossy/matte or dark brown glossy/matte, with car paint standard quality.
Aluminum is kind of material that's very light, strong, and very suitable placing in outdoor environments because of it's characteristics of extremely resistant to corrosion and will not rust even in a sea coast environment. That would be creating new innovation when it combines with other material like teak and synthetic rattan as a frame inside.
Synthetic rattan is a unique natural look fibers made of durable polyethylene. This material is 100% recyclable and friendly environmentally and also non toxic. Polyethylene is also designed with protectors against UV, heat, humidity, oxidation and mold as well as high flexibility, tensile strength. This material is very suitable for outdoor because of its resistant to splintering, cracking, peeling and corrosion and will not fade even though it‘s exposed to different weather conditions. For this material, we use trusted suppliers: Rehau, Viro, Cyroplene, and others recommended by customer.

We include stainless steel material since it has higher resistance to oxidation and corrosion in many natural environments. And the additional characteristics of durable, rigid, strong make stainless steel suitable to be placed in outdoor. Our Stainless steel grade 304 is an intense durable material that corrosion resistance, with nickel content 8%.
